A few years ago, the community of Portsmouth saw a need and wanted to bring Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to the children of Portsmouth. They formed a committee and asked ChainBreakers to serve as the Local Program Partner.
We are incredibly thankful to the community volunteers who give their time to enroll children and families, spread the word about the program and help ChainBreakers raise funds to reach as many children birth to five as they can.

There were Local Program Partners from other areas that provided guidance and expertise alongside the Dollywood Foundation team.
Together, we will put more books in the hands of children to ignite a love of books and reading.
