Did you know that E3: Elevate Early Education funded the development of STREAMin3 in The New E3 School?
The New E3 School is a prototype, statewide demonstration model of best practices in early education and a catalyst for policy change. When E3 worked with UVA to develop the curricula, our goal was to ensure that the curriculum, professional development, coaching and assessment model was replicable and scalable to impact more children, teachers and programs beyond The New E3 School.
E3’s team advocated for state and private funds to pilot the model in 112 early learning classrooms (faith-based, Head Start, private and Virginia Preschool Initiative programs) in Virginia. The pilot and implementation evaluation prove that the model is replicable and scalable.
We are excited to see the STREAMin3 on VDOE’s list of approved curriculum for infants, toddlers and preschoolers.
